Take a wok add butter coconut. Saute on lowest flame for 1-2 minutes
Add milk, milk is at room temperature. Mix at lowest flame. Keep stirring and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add sugar cardamom powder and mix well. Make sure heat is at still at low
Stir continuously otherwise coconut may stick to the bottom
Once sugar start to melt increase the heat to medium. Cook for 4-5 minutes
Don't overcook the mixture
Mixture is ready to transfer in a bowl and let it cool down
For making laddoo take small portion and make laddoo
Roll on dry coconut powder
Gently roll in palms
Nariyal laddoo is ready to serve
