Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • Grated coconut 2 Cup


  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp


  • Ghee 1 tbsp


  • Sugar 3/4 cup


  • Milk 1 cup

Directions

  • Take a wok add butter coconut. Saute on lowest flame for 1-2 minutes
  • Add milk, milk is at room temperature. Mix at lowest flame. Keep stirring and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add sugar cardamom powder and mix well. Make sure heat is at still at low
  • Stir continuously otherwise coconut may stick to the bottom
  • Once sugar start to melt increase the heat to medium. Cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Don't overcook the mixture
  • Mixture is ready to transfer in a bowl and let it cool down
  • For making laddoo take small portion and make laddoo
  • Roll on dry coconut powder
  • Gently roll in palms
  • Nariyal laddoo is ready to serve
